How long after the course is done can students still access the course in WebCT?

Students have access to their courses on WebCT until the Instructor "Denies Access" to students, -OR- the Instructor requests to have their course archived, -OR- a student requests to be removed from a course. There is no end of semester cutoff, purging of records, or maintenance routine. 

For long term personal storage of course data, it is recommended to download all files on WebCT that you desire to keep.
