For students to check grades, Instructors must make the "My Grades - Student Tool" available. To remedy this situation follow these steps:
1. Access the course with an Instructor role (Teach Tab).
2. Click the Manage Course link from the Instructor Tools menu.
3. In the Manage Course area, select the Tools link.
4. Follow the instructions to add a tool, or scroll down to the Student Tools section and place a check in the box adjacent to the My Grades tool.
5. Click the Save button.
