What should I do with my course at the end of a semester?

At the end of each semester, designers have two options of what they can do with their current WebCT courses located on the server.
  1. The first option for designers is to archive the course. Archived courses can be returned to the server for future use at any time. To do this you can follow the instructions found at: Archving Courses

  2. The other option is to leave the course on the server for future reference, or for use as a template for new courses. If instructors decide to leave an old course on the server, they should consider denying students access to the course. To do this follow the instructions found at: Denying Student Access
