How come Chat and/or Whiteboard does not work from my school?
 
This is caused by port blocking or firewall software preventing network traffic from entering or leaving your school’s server. Contact your system administrator or technology coordinator and request to open port 2304 to Internet traffic for chat and whiteboard.
 
To use the Chat/Whiteboard tool, you must also have Java configured correctly. Please visit http://elearning.uni.edu/support/faq/java.htm for more information.
