The Blackboard/WebCT Portfolio system allows you to collect and organize artifacts of various forms of media (such as text, images, video, audio) in a digital environment.

These artifacts can be organized in a number of ways to demonstrate learning over time, to share your skills with potential employers, to demonstrate mastery of program requirements or standards (such as teaching standards).

It’s a very flexible tool and you as a portfolio owner would have full control of what is put into your portfolio, inviting guests to view your portfolio and selectively choosing which artifacts in your portfolio to share with each guest.
