| UNI WebCT Surveys |
WebCT is the centrally supported learning management system in use at the University of Northern Iowa. The purpose of these studies is to understand the student user experience and to determine how UNI faculty are using WebCT. The results of these surveys will provide WebCT Support staff and instructors with information useful for assisting individual students, delivering technical support services, improving the learning experience and for making program adjustments. |

- Faculty survey - All Fall 2004 UNI faculty WebCT users (approximately 230 faculty) were invited to voluntarily participate in the WebCT Faculty Utilization Survey. They were asked to answer approximately 30 multiple choice and two open-ended questions to measure their level of utilization associated with using WebCT. The questions are categorized by training, demographics and tools.

- Periodically, UNI student WebCT users (approximately 5,000 students) are invited to voluntarily participate in the WebCT Student Satisfaction Survey. Students are asked to answer approximately 18 multiple choice and two open-ended questions to measure their level of satisfaction associated with using WebCT. The questions are categorized by demographics, access, interaction and technology.
